What this is
This is the detail page for a single treasury product, under the merchant dashboard’s Treasury module (page title “Treasury”). You get here by clicking a product from the left nav Treasury → Products list. Here you see the product’s complete terms — APY, term, settlement currency, minimum subscription, capacity, redemption policy, term sheet document — and, once you’re satisfied, accept the agreements, enter a subscription amount, and subscribe directly on this page. Come here to understand how a product’s yield works, whether it can be redeemed early, the minimum you can buy, and how to place an order. The module requires yield products to be enabled first — if you don’t see Treasury in the left nav, contact your account manager.Steps
View product details:- In the left nav, click Treasury → Products, then click the target product in the list.
- On the detail page, the top shows the product name, asset class, term, and currency badge, plus a prominent APY percentage.
- Scroll down for the product description, issuer, settlement currency, term, minimum subscription, capacity, subscribed percentage, and the Term sheet section with the term sheet version, redemption policy, and early redemption rules.
- Click Back to products at the top left to return to the product list.
- In the overview card on the right (or below the product), click Subscribe. If the button shows Sold out or Closed, the product isn’t currently available and the button is disabled.
- A Subscribe to
<product name>dialog opens. Enter an amount in Subscription amount; the top right shows Available<amount><currency>, and clicking Use max inside the input fills in your full available balance. - The Summary section in the middle of the dialog shows this subscription’s APY, Estimated yield at maturity, and Estimated maturity date (flexible products show ”—” for the maturity date).
- Read the Sign to subscribe section’s text and the agreement text box, then check the single confirmation box below it (checking it once accepts both the Master Services Agreement and this product’s Term Sheet).
- Click Confirm subscription to submit (shows “Submitting…” while in progress). Confirm subscription stays disabled until the agreement box is checked.
- On success, you’ll see Subscription submitted; click View order to jump to Treasury > Orders and track this subscription’s progress.

Edge cases and troubleshooting
- No “Subscribe” button: the Subscribe button only shows for logged-in members with treasury operation permission. If you don’t see it, your member usually lacks subscription permission — ask your account admin or account manager to enable it.
- Button shows “Sold out” or “Closed”: this product’s capacity is full or it has stopped accepting subscriptions — pick another live product or ask your account manager.
- “Confirm subscription” won’t click: you need to check the agreement box below first — the submit button stays disabled until then. If you’ve checked it and still see “Please confirm both agreements to continue.”, re-check the box and submit again.
- Amount errors: below the minimum subscription shows “Amount must be at least
<min><currency>.”; above the product’s cap shows “Amount cannot exceed<max><currency>.”; above your available balance shows “Amount exceeds your available balance.”; leaving it blank shows “Subscription amount is required.” Adjust the amount per the message and resubmit. - Want to use your full balance: click Use max inside the subscription amount field to fill in your entire available balance.
- Where to check progress after subscribing: click View order on the success screen, or go to Treasury > Orders. The order needs to be confirmed by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD before it appears and moves forward.
- The agreement text box is in English: the term sheet / master services agreement body currently displays in English — read it carefully before checking the box; contact your account manager if you need a Chinese version or have questions.
- You see “Product not found.”: the product link is invalid or the product has been delisted — go back to the Products list and pick again.
Common questions (Q&A)
- Q: How do I subscribe to a treasury product? A: Click into a product from Treasury > Products, click Subscribe on the detail page, enter an amount, check the agreement box, and click Confirm subscription.
- Q: What’s this product’s APY / how much will I earn at maturity? A: The APY percentage is shown at the top and on the overview card of the detail page; the subscribe dialog’s Summary estimates Estimated yield at maturity and Estimated maturity date based on the amount you enter.
- Q: What’s the minimum I can buy? A: Check the Min field on the detail page — your subscription amount can’t be below it, or you’ll see “Amount must be at least …”.
- Q: Can I redeem early? Is there a penalty? A: Check the redemption policy in the Term sheet section — flexible products redeem any time with T+1 settlement; fixed-term products auto-settle at maturity, and those that allow early redemption show “Early redemption penalty: N bps of accrued yield.”, while those that don’t show “No early redemption is permitted on this product.”
- Q: What do “Flexible” and “N days” terms mean? A: Flexible has no fixed term and can be redeemed any time; “7 days / 30 days / 90 days” etc. are fixed terms that auto-settle at maturity.
- Q: How many agreements do I need to check when subscribing? A: There’s just one checkbox in the dialog, but it covers both the Master Services Agreement and this product’s Term Sheet — checking it means you’ve read and accepted both.
- Q: Why don’t I see a “Subscribe” button? A: The Subscribe button only shows for members with treasury subscription permission — ask your account admin or account manager to enable it.
- Q: The button shows “Sold out” / “Closed” — what do I do? A: This means the product isn’t currently available for subscription (capacity full or closed) — pick another live product or check with your account manager.
- Q: Who is the issuer of these treasury products? A: The issuer and counterparty is UQ QUBIT FUND LTD (BVI Reg. 2102347); UQPAY Singapore Pte. Ltd. is not the issuer and acts only as the access channel.
- Q: Where do I see my order after submitting a subscription? A: Click View order on the success screen, or go to Treasury > Orders; the order only shows and progresses after the issuer confirms it.
- Q: What is the “Available” amount? How do I fill it in with one click? A: “Available” is your balance currently usable for subscription; click Use max inside the subscription amount field to fill in your full available balance with one click.
