What this is
This is the main page of the Transfer module in the merchant dashboard (click Transfer directly in the left nav; the page heading reads “Transfer”, subtitle “Send transfers to recipients worldwide”). It’s the top-level entry point for money movement, listing every transfer (payment) you’ve sent to recipients. Here you check each transfer’s status, amount, recipient, and time; filter to find what you need; view a single transfer’s details; export for reconciliation; and click New transfer in the top right to make a new payment. Use this page whenever you want to check a transfer’s progress, look up a payment, or send money to a recipient. Under Transfer in the left nav there’s also a sub-item Recipients (manage recipients/beneficiaries) — see the Recipients page.Steps
Open the transfer list:- Click Transfer in the left nav.
- The list shows all your transfer records by default, ordered by creation time.
- Date: choose a preset range (All time / Last 7 days / Last 30 days / Last 90 days / This year) or a custom start/end date.
- Recipient: search by recipient name.
- Amount: filter by Specific amount, At least…, or No more than….
- Status: filter by transfer status (All status / Pending / Ready to send / Completed / Failed / Rejected / Cancelled).
- Currency: filter by currency.
- Reference: search a single transfer by its reference ID.
- Applied filters appear as tags under Filtered by; click the x on a tag to remove it, or Clear all to reset.
A house/master account also sees a few advanced filters: Status type (Normal (payout) / Reverse (payout)), Scope (House Account / Clients Account), Account ID, and a Payment currency / Receiving currency split.View a single transfer’s details: click any row to open the Transfer details panel on the right, showing that transfer’s full information (amount, recipient, bank account, timeline, etc. — see below). Start a new transfer: click New transfer in the top right to open the transfer form, then fill in recipient, amount, payer, and transfer details step by step. See the New Transfer page for the full flow. Export for reconciliation: click Export in the toolbar to generate a transfer reconciliation report (shows “Export started”). You can also check rows via the table checkboxes and click Export selected to export just those records.

Edge cases and troubleshooting
- List shows “No transfers yet”: this account has no transfer records yet — the hint reads “Transfers will appear here once activity begins.” Click New transfer to send your first one.
- Filters return “No transfers match your filters”: nothing matches the current filters — the hint reads “Try adjusting your filter criteria.” Click Clear filters or Clear all and try again.
- Can’t see the “New transfer” button: making a transfer requires the corresponding permission — if the button doesn’t appear in the top right, your account hasn’t been granted permission to initiate transfers. Contact your admin or account manager to get access.
- Wanting to cancel a transfer: use that row’s … menu and choose Cancel transfer; this also requires permission to initiate/operate transfers, or it won’t show.
- “Banking session expired. Please sign in again to load real transfer data.”: your session has expired — sign in again to load real transfer data.
- The reference only shows part of the ID: the list shows a shortened reference; click the row’s copy button to copy the full value.
