What this is

This is the Orders page under the Crypto module in the merchant dashboard (left nav CryptoOrders; page subtitle “Track buy, sell, and swap orders”). Here you view and track all kinds of crypto orders — buy, sell, convert, deposit, withdrawal (send), internal transfer in/out, and more — filterable by date, type, status, and asset (coin), searchable by reference or coin, with details for any order and export support. Come here to look up a buy/sell/convert record, check an order’s progress, or export for reconciliation.

Steps

Open the order list:
  1. In the left nav, click Crypto.
  2. Open the Orders page; the list shows all orders on your account by default.
Filter and search (toolbar, left to right):
  1. Date: open it and use the From and To calendars to pick a start and end date, narrowing by creation time.
  2. Type: choose an order type — All Types, Buy, Sell, Swap, Withdrawal, Deposit, Transfer in, Transfer out (single select).
  3. Status: choose an order status — All Statuses, Completed, Pending, Failed (single select).
  4. Asset: filter by coin (crypto or fiat); once a coin is selected, the stats bar also shows that coin’s Total volume.
  5. Reference search: search by reference number or coin (placeholder “Search by reference or currency…”).
  6. Active filters appear as tags in the Filtered by area; click the “x” on a tag to remove it, or click Clear all to clear everything.
View a single order’s details:
  1. Click a row (or its ”…” menu → View details).
  2. The Order Details panel slides in from the right, showing amount, status, type, reference, From/To, fees, blockchain details, timeline, and more.
Export:
  1. Check the order rows to export (the header checkbox selects all on the current page).
  2. A bulk-action bar appears at the top; click Export selected to export a CSV file (with reference, type, source/destination amount and coin, date, status, and fee columns).
View the trend chart: click Show chart to the right of the stats bar to expand a chart of daily order counts over the last 3 months (switches to that coin’s daily order volume once an asset is selected); click Hide chart to collapse it.

Fields and statuses

List columns: Order types (shown as list badges): Order status:
Stats bar summary: Total orders, Completed, Pending, and Failed counts; once you select an asset (coin), the bar also shows that coin’s Total volume.
Order Details panel fields: reference number, status, type, created date, From, To, processing fee, network fee, quote ID, request ID, completed time, updated time; buy/sell/convert orders additionally show Exchange rate and the amount you received; deposit/withdrawal orders show network, confirmations, from address, to address, and transaction hash under Blockchain Details; a Timeline is shown if there is transfer history.

Edge cases and troubleshooting

  • List shows “No orders yet”: the account has no orders yet; the hint reads “Orders will appear here once activity begins.” — an order appears only after a buy/sell/convert/deposit/withdrawal, etc. happens.
  • Filtering shows “No orders match your filters”: no orders match the current filters; the hint reads “Try adjusting your filter criteria.” — click Clear filters or Clear all and look again.
  • You want to see orders for a specific coin: use the toolbar’s Asset filter to select that coin; once selected, the stats bar shows that coin’s total volume.
  • You want to export orders: check the order rows, then click Export selected on the bulk-action bar to export a CSV.
  • Fee doesn’t show when it’s 0: the processing fee / network fee on the order details only appear when greater than 0; they’re omitted if there’s no fee.
  • Blockchain details only shown for deposits/withdrawals: network, confirmations, from/to address, and transaction hash only appear for crypto deposit or withdrawal orders that have this data; buy/sell/convert orders don’t show this section.
