What this is
This is the Accounts page under the Connect module in the merchant dashboard (left nav Connect → Accounts; page title “Accounts”, subtitle “Manage connected accounts and entities”). Master accounts use this page to view every connected account and entity under them, check each account’s type, status, and identity verification, filter and search across accounts, view an account’s full details, toggle an account’s visibility in the list, edit its nickname, and act on behalf of a connected account by switching into its dashboard. Use this page whenever you need to manage the accounts under you, look up a sub-account’s details, or switch into an account to act on its behalf. The entire Connect module is available to master accounts only. If you’re currently signed in on a sub-account, this page shows a message with a Switch to master account button — switch back to your master account to use this page.

Open the account list:- In the left nav, click Connect → Accounts.
- The list shows all connected accounts under you by default.
- Type: filter by Individual / Company (or select All types).

Fields and statuses
Stats bar (above the list):
List columns:
Account status:
KYC / KYB status:
Account details panel: the top Account Overview section shows the account ID, type, account status, KYC / KYB status, legal name, account nickname, account email, and create time. Below that, the panel shows entity-specific details — for an individual account: Personal information (Full name, Date of birth, Nationality, contact email, ID document, etc.), Employment, residence address, and Expected activity; for a company account: Company information (Legal name, Registration number, country of incorporation, etc.), Registered address, Operating address, Expected activity, and an ownership list (each owner’s shareholding percentage, role, contact details, and address). These entity-detail sections currently render in English.
Edge cases and troubleshooting
- The page shows “Connect is only available on master accounts”: the Connect module is only available to master accounts; you’re currently on a sub-account — click the Switch to master account button on the page to use this feature.
- The list shows “No accounts yet”: there are no connected accounts under you yet; the hint reads “Accounts will appear here once activity begins.”
- After filtering, “No accounts match your filters”: no accounts match the current filters; the hint reads “Try adjusting your filter criteria.” — click Clear filters or Clear all and try again.
- You don’t see the “Create account” button: creating a connected account requires your master account to have passed onboarding review, be in active status, and have the relevant permission; if the button isn’t showing, one of these conditions isn’t met — contact your admin or account manager.
- “Edit nickname” is only available for sub-accounts: the master account row (with the “Master” badge) doesn’t offer nickname editing, because the master account’s name is its legal entity name; only sub-accounts can set a custom nickname.
- The “Show account” toggle is greyed out / can’t be clicked: visibility can’t be toggled while the account is suspended or closed.
- Clicking “On behalf of” shows “Switching to this account is currently disabled”: that account (or your master account) is currently suspended or closed, so you can’t switch into it to act on its behalf — contact your account manager to confirm the account’s status.
- The account ID only shows part of the value: long account IDs are truncated in the list; click the inline copy button on the row to copy the full ID.
Common questions (Q&A)
- Q: Where do I find connected accounts / sub-accounts? A: Left nav Connect → Accounts — the list shows every connected account under you. This feature is only available to master accounts.
- Q: Why can’t I see the Connect / Accounts page, or it says only master accounts can use it? A: The whole Connect module is only open to master accounts; you’re currently on a sub-account — use the Switch to master account button on the page to switch back.
- Q: How do I switch into an account / act on its behalf? A: On that account’s row, open the … menu and choose On behalf of to switch into that account’s context and act on its behalf.
- Q: How do I change an account’s nickname? A: On that sub-account’s row, open the … menu and choose Edit nickname, enter the new nickname, and save. The nickname only changes how it displays to you — it does not change the legal name.
- Q: Why can’t I edit the master account’s nickname? A: The master account’s name is its legal entity name; only sub-accounts support custom nicknames, so the row with the “Master” badge has no “Edit nickname” option.
- Q: What does the “Show account” toggle do? A: It controls whether the account appears in the list; on makes it visible, off hides it, so you can collapse accounts you don’t use often.
- Q: What account statuses are there? A: Active, Inactive, Suspended, Pending, Closed.
- Q: What does the “KYC / KYB” column mean, and what are the possible statuses? A: It’s the account entity’s KYC (individual) / KYB (company) verification status, with values Approved, Pending, Under review, Draft, Returned, Expired, and Rejected.
- Q: The verification status shows “Returned” — what do I do? A: The verification was returned and usually needs more information before resubmitting; check the onboarding / verification flow for the specific account or contact your account manager for what’s missing.
- Q: How do I create a new connected account / sub-account? A: If your master account has passed onboarding review, is active, and has the relevant permission, a Create account button appears in the top right — click it to start onboarding for the new account; if the button isn’t there, contact your admin or account manager.
- Q: Why does the Type column show “Individual” / “Company” in English? A: Individual means a personal account and Company means a business account, matching the same options in the type filter.
- Q: How do I filter accounts by type or status? A: Use Type in the toolbar to filter by Individual / Company, and Status to filter by Active / Inactive; you can also search by nickname or ID with Account, or by entity name with Legal name.
- Q: How do I copy an account ID, and why does it only show part of it? A: Long IDs are truncated in the list; click the inline copy button next to the ID to copy the full value.
- Q: Where do I see this account’s real-time balance / business data? A: That’s the account’s live data — use On behalf of to switch into that account and check the relevant module there; this page only handles account management and switching.
