What this is
This is the Holdings page under the Treasury module in the merchant dashboard (left nav Treasury → Holdings tab; page subtitle “Active and historical positions held with UQ QUBIT FUND LTD.”). Here you view every yield position you hold, by product — principal, accrued yield, APY, start date, maturity date, and status — and redeem any position that’s eligible. Come here to check what you’ve subscribed to, how much you’ve earned, when a position matures, or to take your money out. The Treasury module also has a Products page (subscribe to new products) and an Orders page (subscription/redemption history).Treasury products are issued and operated by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD, a separate legal entity from UQPAY Singapore. Funds are held by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD; the Singapore entity does not act as the product issuer or counterparty. Treasury only appears in the left nav once your account has yield products enabled — contact your account manager if you don’t see it.
Steps
Open the holdings list:- In the left nav, click Treasury, then Holdings.
- The list defaults to the Active view, showing all currently open positions.
- View dropdown: switch between Active and Closed — Active shows open positions, Closed shows historical positions that have finished redemption.
- Search: filter the current view by product name or currency keyword (placeholder “Search by product or currency”).
- Active filters appear as tags under Filtered by; click the “x” on a tag to remove it, or click Clear all to clear everything.
- Click Redeem or Redeem early at the end of the target position’s row.
- In the dialog:
- Flexible position: enter an amount in Redemption amount, up to the position’s principal.
- Fixed-term position (including matured): the amount is locked to the full principal, redeemed in one go.
- Fixed-term, not yet matured, early redemption: the dialog warns that a penalty will be charged on accrued yield and the full principal will be returned; Settlement summary shows the early redemption penalty and estimated return amount.
- Check the box accepting the Redemption Notice issued by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD, the holder of this position.
- Click Confirm redemption to submit; after a successful submission, click View order to track progress on the Orders page.
Fields and statuses
List columns:
Position status:
The View dropdown’s Active/Closed options are view groupings: the Active view covers positions in the Active, Matured, and Redeeming statuses; the Closed view only covers Closed positions.Summary bar (English labels as shown):
Redemption dialog fields: Redemption amount, Settlement summary (early redemption penalty, estimated return amount), a checkbox for the Redemption Notice, Confirm redemption. For early redemption there’s also a warning: “This holding has not yet matured. Early redemption applies a penalty on accrued yield. The principal is returned in full.”
Edge cases and troubleshooting
- List shows “No active holdings.”: there are no positions in the current view. In the Active view, this means you have nothing subscribed — go to the Products page to subscribe. In the Closed view, it shows “No closed holdings yet.”
- Search returns nothing: your product name / currency keyword doesn’t match anything — click Clear all to clear the search and look again.
- No redeem button showing: the redeem button only shows in the Active view, and only if your account has treasury operation permission — contact your account manager if you’re missing permission. Positions in Redeeming or Closed status never show a redeem button.
- Fixed-term position can’t be redeemed early: only fixed-term products that support early redemption show a Redeem early button; products that don’t support it must wait until maturity.
- Early redemption charges a penalty: redeeming a fixed-term position before maturity charges a penalty (in bps) on accrued yield, with the full principal returned; you can see the exact penalty and estimated return amount in the dialog’s Settlement summary before confirming.
- When does the money arrive after redemption: once submitted, the position moves to Redeeming; UQ QUBIT FUND LTD returns the funds to your wallet after completing settlement. Exact timing depends on settlement progress — track it on the Orders page.
Common questions (Q&A)
- Q: Where do I see what I’ve subscribed to / my holdings? A: Left nav Treasury → Holdings page, listing every position you hold by product, with principal, accrued yield, APY, start/maturity dates, and status.
- Q: How do I see how much yield I’ve earned? A: Each row’s Accrued yield column shows that position’s accumulated yield; the Accrued yield summary bar at the top totals it across open positions.
- Q: What are the position statuses? A: Active (open, accruing yield), Matured (fixed-term, past maturity, ready to redeem), Redeeming (redemption started, settling), Closed (redemption complete).
- Q: What’s the difference between “Active” and “Closed”? A: These are the two options in the list’s View dropdown — Active shows open positions (including Active/Matured/Redeeming), Closed shows historical positions that finished redemption.
- Q: How do I redeem / take my money out? A: In the Active view, click Redeem or Redeem early at the end of the target position’s row, enter the amount in the dialog, accept the Redemption Notice, then click Confirm redemption.
- Q: What’s the difference between redeeming flexible and fixed-term positions? A: Flexible lets you enter any redemption amount up to the principal; fixed-term (including matured) redeems the full principal in one go; a fixed-term position not yet matured needs Redeem early and may incur a penalty.
- Q: Does early redemption cost anything? A: Redeeming a fixed-term position before maturity charges a penalty on accrued yield, with the full principal returned; the dialog’s Settlement summary shows the exact penalty and estimated return amount before you confirm.
- Q: Why don’t some positions have a redeem button? A: The redeem button only shows in the Active view when your account has treasury operation permission; Redeeming and Closed positions never show one; fixed-term products that don’t support early redemption also hide it before maturity.
- Q: How long after redeeming does the money arrive? A: After submitting, the position becomes Redeeming; UQ QUBIT FUND LTD returns the funds to your wallet once settlement completes — track progress on the Orders page; exact timing depends on settlement.
- Q: What does a ”—” in the Maturity column mean? A: The position is a flexible product with no fixed maturity date and can be redeemed at any time.
- Q: What does “APY” mean next to the yield rate? A: The product’s annual percentage yield, shown under the product name as
X.XX% APY. - Q: Why can’t I find Treasury / Holdings in the left nav? A: Treasury only appears once your account has yield products enabled — contact your account manager to get it turned on.
