What this is

This is the Orders page under the merchant dashboard’s Treasury module (left nav Treasury; the module page title reads “Treasury”; this page’s subtitle is “Subscription and redemption history.”). Here you view your subscription and redemption orders for yield products — each record shows the order ID, type (Subscribe / Redeem), product, amount, status, and submission time. Filter by date, type, or status, search by product name, currency, or order ID, and click into any order for its details (amount, status, and a snapshot of the agreements you accepted). Come here to check a subscription/redemption, track an order’s progress, or reconcile records. Treasury products are issued and operated by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD, a separate legal entity from UQPAY Singapore. Funds are held by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD; the Singapore entity does not act as the product issuer or counterparty. Treasury is an opt-in service — if you don’t see it in the left nav, contact your account manager to get it turned on.

Steps

Open the orders list:
  1. In the left nav, click Treasury.
  2. Within the module, open Orders (in-module tabs: Overview / Products / Holdings / Orders). The list defaults to every treasury order you have.
Filter and search (toolbar, left to right):
  1. Date: opens From and To date pickers to narrow by submission time; click Reset to clear the dates.
  2. Type: choose an order type — All types, Subscribe, Redeem, Early redeem (single-select).
  3. Status: choose an order status — All statuses, Pending, Confirmed, Settled, Cancelled (single-select).
  4. Search: search by product, currency, or order ID (placeholder “Search by product, currency, or order ID”).
  5. Active filters appear as tags under Filtered by; click the “x” on a tag to remove it, or click Clear all to clear everything.
View a single order’s details:
  1. Click any row.
  2. An Order details panel slides in from the right, showing type, amount, status, order ID, product, and submission time; if the order has an accepted agreement, it also shows an agreement snapshot.

Fields and statuses

List columns: Order types:
Current order data only ever shows “Subscribe” or “Redeem” — the “Early redeem” type filter currently has no matching orders.
Order statuses:
The summary bar totals four counts: Total orders, Pending, Settled, Cancelled.
Order details panel: the top shows the order type, amount (redemption-type orders show the amount in green with ”+”), and a status badge, plus one hint line — subscribe orders show “confirmation starts yield accrual”, redeem orders show “funds return to your wallet after settlement”, and early redeem shows “a penalty applies per the product’s term sheet” (all shown in English). The Order information section lists the order ID (copyable), type, product (name and product ID), amount, status, and submission time. If the order accepted an agreement, an Agreements accepted section lists each agreement — Master Services Agreement, Product term sheet, Redemption notice — with its version, signed date, and an ACCEPTED badge.

Edge cases and troubleshooting

  • List shows “No orders yet.”: your account doesn’t have any treasury orders yet — complete a subscription on the Products page and it’ll appear here.
  • Filtered list comes back empty: your current date / type / status / search filters don’t match anything — click Clear all and try again.
  • Filtering by “Early redeem” finds nothing: current orders are only ever Subscribe or Redeem — the “Early redeem” filter has no matching records yet.
  • Looking for an order by product or amount: use the Search box for product name, currency, or order ID, and narrow further with Type, Status, and Date.
  • No “Treasury” entry: Treasury is an opt-in service — accounts that aren’t enabled won’t see the module in the left nav; contact your account manager to get it turned on.
  • Order ID looks cut off in the list: the list truncates the order ID for layout reasons — open the order details to see and copy the full ID.

Common questions (Q&A)

  • Q: Where do I see my treasury orders? / How do I check my subscription and redemption history? A: Left nav Treasury → the in-module Orders page lists every subscription and redemption order you have.
  • Q: What order types are there? A: Subscribe, Redeem, Early redeem; current orders in practice are only ever Subscribe or Redeem.
  • Q: What order statuses are there? A: Pending, Confirmed, Settled, Cancelled.
  • Q: What do “Pending” / “Confirmed” mean? A: Pending = order submitted and awaiting processing; Confirmed = order confirmed but not yet settled; it becomes Settled once settlement completes.
  • Q: How do I see only subscriptions or only redemptions? A: In the toolbar’s Type dropdown, choose Subscribe or Redeem (single-select).
  • Q: How do I search for an order by product or amount? A: Use the toolbar’s Search box and enter a product name, currency, or order ID.
  • Q: How do I filter orders by date? A: Click Date, pick a start and end date with From and To, and click Reset to clear.
  • Q: How do I view an order’s details? A: Click the order’s row — the Order details panel on the right shows type, amount, status, order ID, product, submission time, and any accepted agreements.
  • Q: What’s the “agreement” / “Master Services Agreement” in the order details? A: That’s a snapshot of the agreement you accepted when subscribing/redeeming — it lists the agreement name, version, and signed date, tagged ACCEPTED, kept for your records.
  • Q: How do I copy the full order ID? Why does the list only show part of it? A: The list truncates the order ID for display — open the order details panel to see and copy the full ID.
  • Q: What is “Early redeem”? Why can’t I find any? A: Early redeem means redeeming before maturity, which may incur a penalty per the product terms; current orders are only ever Subscribe or Redeem, so this filter has no matching records.
  • Q: Why can’t I see “Treasury”? A: Treasury is an opt-in service — accounts that aren’t enabled won’t see the module; contact your account manager to get it turned on.
  • Q: Exactly what stage is this order at right now / when will it settle? A: That’s specific to an individual order’s live progress — go by the status shown in the order details panel; this material doesn’t provide case-by-case conclusions.
