What this is

This is the Reports page under the card issuing module in the merchant dashboard (page title “Reports”, subtitle “Generate and download issuing reconciliation reports”). Merchants generate and download issuing-related reconciliation reports here: the upper half of the page is a list of historical reports (filterable by type and status), and the Generate report button in the top right opens a dialog to create a new report by criteria; once generation completes, download it from the list. Use this page to export card transaction / account transaction / settlement / ledger reconciliation data, or download a statement.
Entry point: opened from the “Reports” quick-action link on the card issuing Overview page. (The “Reports” entry in the main navigation sidebar is a cross-business-line global reports entry, distinct from this card-issuing-specific reports page.)

Steps

View and filter historical reports:
  1. Open the card issuing Reports page; the list shows generated reports.
  2. Use the Report type dropdown to filter: All types / Card Transactions / Account Transactions / Card Settlement / Card Ledger.
  3. Use the Status dropdown to filter: All statuses / Processing / Completed / Failed / Expired.
  4. Active filters appear in the filtered by area; click the X on a tag to remove it, or Clear all to reset.
Download a report:
  1. Find the target report row; when its status is Completed and a download link exists, the Action column shows a Download button — click it to download.
  2. When the status isn’t Completed, the action column shows a non-clickable placeholder based on status (Expired / Failed / Processing / Unavailable).
Generate a new report (the “Export Transactions Reconciliation Reports” dialog):
  1. Click Generate report in the top right.
  2. Choose a Report type: Card Transactions Report / Account Transactions Report / Card Settlement Report / Card Ledger Report.
  3. Choose a Transaction type (not applicable for the settlement report; multi-select, supports “All”).
  4. Fill in additional criteria depending on the report type:
    • Card Transactions / Card Settlement / Card Ledger report: choose Card number (multi-select, supports “All”).
    • Account Transactions report: choose Currency (USD / SGD / HKD, multi-select).
  5. Choose a Date range (defaults to the last 30 days).
  6. Choose a File format: CSV / Excel / PDF.
  7. Fill in a File name (a default name is auto-filled when you choose a type; you can change it, up to 80 characters).
  8. Click Create to submit; on success the dialog closes and the list refreshes; click Cancel to discard.

Fields and statuses

List columns: Report type: Report status:
“Download” is only clickable when the status is Completed and a download link exists; otherwise a status placeholder is shown, or “Unavailable” in other cases.
Generate-dialog fields: Report type, Transaction type, Card number, Currency, Date range, File format (CSV/Excel/PDF), File name. The Account Transactions report’s currency options are USD / SGD / HKD.

Edge cases and troubleshooting

  • List shows “No reports found”: no reports have been generated yet (or the filters have no match). Without filters, the hint reads “Reports will appear here after generation”; with filters active, it reads “Try adjusting your filters.”
  • “Download” button is unclickable / grayed out: the report isn’t Completed, or has no download link. Wait for Processing to finish; regenerate if Expired or Failed.
  • Clicking Download shows “Download URL is unavailable”: this report has no usable download link — regenerate it.
  • Generation shows “Transaction type is required”: except for the settlement report, a transaction type must be chosen before creating.
  • Generation shows “Card number is required”: for Card Transactions/Settlement/Ledger reports where card numbers are selectable, a card number (or “All”) must be chosen, to keep the export scope from being unbounded.
  • Generation shows “Currency is required”: the Account Transactions report requires at least one currency.
  • Generation shows “File name is required / File name cannot exceed 80 characters”: the file name is required and must not exceed 80 characters.
  • Can’t download a report after some time: reports have an “Expired time”; once past it, the link stops working and you need to regenerate.

Common questions (Q&A)

  • Q: What report types can I generate? A: Four types: Card Transactions, Account Transactions, Card Settlement, and Card Ledger.
  • Q: What file formats do reports support? A: CSV, Excel, PDF.
  • Q: What report statuses exist? A: Processing, Completed, Failed, Expired; only Completed reports with a download link can be downloaded.

  • Q: Does the Account Transactions report require a currency? A: Yes — the Account Transactions report requires at least one currency (USD/SGD/HKD).
  • Q: Do Card Transactions/Settlement/Ledger reports always require a card number? A: Where card numbers are selectable, yes (you can choose “All”); otherwise it shows “Card number is required.”
  • Q: Can I always download a report? A: No — reports have an “Expired time,” after which you need to regenerate.

  • Q: Is “Reports” the same as the “Reports” entry in the sidebar? A: The sidebar “Reports” is a cross-business-line global reports entry; this page is the card-issuing-specific reports page — check the live site for the actual entry point.
