- The refund is processed by UQPAY typically within 1 business day. The remaining duration involves your financial institution’s handling of the return.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- The refund amount may differ from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations if the transaction involved currency conversion.
Have not received your refund?
- Review your bank or card statement carefully — refunds sometimes display under different merchant names.
- Allow the complete processing window (up to 7 business days).
- If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, reach out to the support team with your original transaction reference number.
