- 登录 Dashboard，选择 Global Account
- 进入 Global account 页面
- 点击右上角的 New Global Account
- 选择你希望创建的账户类型，并填写所需信息。
通过 API 申请
如果你是通过接口集成而非 Dashboard 操作，请调用 Create Virtual Account 接口。
接口的同步响应总是返回 SUCCESS，仅是受理。申请的最终状态由虚拟账户创建 / 更新 Webhook 异步推送：
virtual.account.create：UQPAY 已受理对应币种的开户申请。virtual.account.update 且 status = Active：VA 已开通成功，可以使用。
申请失败时不会推送任何 Webhook。在生产环境调用 Create VA 接口前，请先订阅好对应的 Webhook。
