Stablecoin Account API Publisher Disclaimer Stocks is a product within Stablecoin Account. Start with an asset, create a quote, submit an order, and reconcile the result against your holdings.

Call sequence

Step	API	What to pass to the next step
1. Select an asset	List assets → Retrieve asset	Save `asset_id`; check `can_buy`, `can_sell`, and supported funding currencies.
2. Get a quote	Create quote	Send `asset_id`, trade direction, and amount or quantity. Save the returned `quote_id`.
3. Place the order	Create order	Send `quote_id` and your optional `client_reference`. Save `order_id`.
4. Follow the result	Retrieve order and Stocks order Webhook	Track `order_id` until `SUCCESS` or `FAILED`.
5. Reconcile holdings	List positions and List position events	Query the asset holding and the changes associated with `order_id`.

Supporting queries

Retrieve price history supplies chart data for an asset. Reference prices are not executable quotes.
List orders finds an order by your reference or lists order history.
