The sandbox environment mirrors production but lets you test integrations with fictitious data — no real funds are involved. You need a sandbox account before you can generate API keys or make API calls.

Register on the sandbox portal

Visit app-sandbox.uqpaytech.com and sign up with your email address.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click Confirm Email Address to activate your account.Sandbox confirmation email

Start entity verification

After logging in, click Verify now to begin KYC/KYB verification. Select the business line you plan to integrate before filling in entity details — you can switch business lines from the top-left corner of the dashboard.Start verification
In the sandbox environment, you can use mock or fictitious data for all verification fields.

Submit and share your Account ID

After you submit verification, copy your Account ID and share it with the UQPAY Operations Team. They will configure your account and enable API access.To find your Account ID, click your profile picture in the top-right corner — the ID is displayed in the dropdown menu.Account ID location
API access is not available until the Operations Team has configured your account. Reach out to them with your Account ID to proceed.
