# Why Is Withdrawal Rejected?

> How to check the reason for a rejected withdrawal in the UQPAY system.

There may be many reasons for a rejected withdrawal. You can sign in to the UQPAY system and navigate to **Transactions > Withdrawal** to view details about the rejection.
