# Why I Didn't Receive Instant Rewards for the UnionPay QR Code Payment Made at 11:01pm

> UnionPay performs daily system updates from 11pm to 11:30pm, during which instant rewards cannot be issued.

UPI performs a daily system update and settlement from 11:00pm to 11:30pm. During this period, the system is unable to issue any instant rewards.

If your payment was made at 11:01pm, it fell within this scheduled maintenance window. To receive instant rewards on UnionPay QR code payments, complete your transactions outside this 30-minute maintenance period.
