# Why I Didn't Receive Instant Rewards After Making UnionPay QR Code Payment

To receive instant rewards when scanning UnionPay QR codes, verify the following three conditions:

1. Use the Singapore BOC mobile banking app or BOC SG-eWallet app to scan the UnionPay QR code within Singapore.
2. Confirm that the app version is eligible for the promotion.
3. Ensure you have met the minimum spending threshold and have an available discount opportunity.
