# When Will Refund Arrive

> Estimated refund processing times by payment method and what to do if your refund has not arrived.

## Refund processing times

Refund timelines depend on the payment method and your bank's processing speed.

| Payment Method    | Estimated Time    |
| ----------------- | ----------------- |
| Credit/Debit Card | 3-7 business days |
| Bank Transfer     | 3-5 business days |
| E-wallet          | 1-3 business days |

## Things to know

* The refund is processed by UQPAY typically within 1 business day. The remaining duration involves your financial institution's handling of the return.
* Refunds go back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
* The refund amount may differ from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations if the transaction involved currency conversion.

## Have not received your refund?

1. Review your bank or card statement carefully -- refunds sometimes display under different merchant names.
2. Allow the complete processing window (up to 7 business days).
3. If you do not see the refund after 7 business days, reach out to the support team with your original transaction reference number.
