# Can Successful Transaction Be Refunded or Cancelled

> How to refund or cancel a successful transaction in UQPAY, including full and partial refund support.

Successful transactions can be refunded or cancelled through the UQPAY system. To process either action:

1. Sign in to your UQPAY account.
2. Navigate to the **Transactions** section.
3. Locate the specific order.
4. Initiate either a cancellation or refund.

The system supports both full and partial refunds. However, operation time limits apply -- see [Applicable time periods for cancellation and refunds](/knowledge-base/payments-fx/applicable-time-periods-for-cancellation-and-refunds) for details.
