# Countries Where Our Customer Can Be Incorporated and Get a Named Account

> List of permitted jurisdictions for incorporation and named account eligibility with UQPAY.

In order to service customers and their businesses, UQPAY requires that both parties are based in one of the permitted jurisdictions.

## Permitted Jurisdictions

The following countries and territories are approved for incorporation and named account eligibility:
