# Account Registration and Activation for Card Issuing
> How to register and activate your UQPAY account specifically for Card Issuing services.
## Registration
**Merchant Platform Website:** [https://app.uqpay.com](https://app.uqpay.com)
**Steps to Register:**
1. Click the **Sign Up** button to initiate registration.
2. Complete the form with last name, first name, email address, and other required basic information.
3. Submit the form; the system sends a confirmation email automatically.
4. Access your email inbox and click the **Confirm Email** link.
5. After email confirmation, log in to your account and begin using services.
## Activation
Entity information verification is required before applying for Card Issuing Services.
**To activate and apply for services:**
1. **Select service type:** Choose **Funds Account Service** and **Global Card Issuance** after logging in.
2. **Agree to terms:** Review and acknowledge "I have read and agree to the terms".
3. **Start application:** Click **Start Application** and enter required business information.
