# Deposit & Withdrawal

> DPT Ramp deposit and withdrawal rules including fiat USD, crypto limits, supported blockchains, and processing times.

## Fiat Currency Deposit Support

Only USD deposits are supported. Deposits must be made from an external account under the same name as the registered merchant entity. Non-matching accounts will have deposits refunded.

## Fiat USD Transfer-Out Processing Time

USD transfers are limited to your UQPAY Banking account balance. The platform offers banking features for currency conversion and payment handling.

## Crypto Single Deposit Limit

The minimum deposit threshold is **10 USDT/USDC/XUSD or its equivalent**.

## Supported Blockchains and Processing Time for Crypto Deposits

Available networks include:

* **USDT** on Tron, Ethereum, and BSC
* **USDC** on Ethereum and BSC
* **XUSD** on Ethereum and BSC

Deposits require a specific number of blockchain confirmations before the funds are credited to your account.

## Supported Blockchains for Crypto Withdrawals

Withdrawal options mirror deposit support across the same networks and token types.

## Crypto Withdrawal Processing Time

USDT/USDC/XUSD withdrawals: **T+0 (Instant processing)**.

## Notes on Adding Entries to the Address Book

When registering addresses, verify that the network, token/coin, and address are all correctly matched. Mismatched information risks asset loss.
