# Are There Fees for Issuing a Refund?

> UQPAY does not charge extra fees for cancellations or refunds processed through the payment channel.

All cancellation/refund will be processed through the payment channel, no extra fees will be charged. The only exception is that certain payment methods may have different terms, which would be specified separately.
