# Forgot UQPAY Login Password, What to Do

> How to recover your UQPAY account when you have forgotten your login password.

If you have forgotten your UQPAY login password, click "Forgot" on the login page, then follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are still unable to sign in after attempting the password recovery process, contact UQPAY support for assistance.
