# Payout Final State

> Published when a merchant-initiated fund withdrawal reaches a new state.

## Event Types

| Event Type                   | Description                            |
| ---------------------------- | -------------------------------------- |
| `acquiring.payout.created`   | A payout request was created.          |
| `acquiring.payout.succeeded` | The payout was completed successfully. |
| `acquiring.payout.failed`    | The payout failed.                     |
