# Products (Treasury)

> The merchant dashboard Treasury > Products page — browse yield products issued by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD, filtered by asset class, currency, and term, see APY, term, minimum subscription, and redemption policy, and click into a product to subscribe.

## What this is

This is the **Products** page under the merchant dashboard's **Treasury** module (left nav **Treasury** → **Products**; the module page itself is titled "Treasury", this page's in-module tab is **Products**, and the page description reads "Subscribe to fixed-term or flexible yield products operated by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD."). Here you browse every live yield product, filter by **asset class**, **currency**, and **term**, see each product's APY, term, minimum subscription, and redemption policy, and click a product card to open its detail page and **subscribe**. Come here to see what's available, compare APYs, or buy into a product.

The module requires yield products to be enabled on your account — if you don't see **Treasury** in the left nav, contact your account manager.

The page header shows the issuer's compliance notice:

> Treasury products are issued and operated by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD, a separate legal entity from UQPAY Singapore. Funds are held by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD; the Singapore entity does not act as the product issuer or counterparty.

The subscription confirmation step also shows an agreement statement:

> By subscribing, I confirm I have read and agreed to the documents listed below issued by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD (BVI Reg. 2102347), the issuing counterparty for this product. I understand UQPAY Singapore Pte. Ltd. is not the issuer and acts only as the access channel.

## Steps

Open the product list:

1. In the left nav, click **Treasury**, then select **Products** (the module also has Overview / Holdings / Orders).
2. The page shows every live product as a card, with currency icon, product name, APY, term, minimum subscription, and more.

Filter products (three dropdowns at the top, left to right):

1. **Asset class**: All / Crypto / Fiat (single-select).
2. **Currency**: All, or a specific currency (options generated dynamically from live products' currencies).
3. **Term**: All / Flexible / 7 days / 30 days / 90 days / 180 days (single-select).

View product details:

1. Click a product's name on its card to open the product detail page.
2. The detail page shows issuer, settlement currency, term, minimum subscription, capacity, subscribed percentage, and a **Term sheet** section with the redemption policy (flexible/fixed-term, early redemption eligibility, and penalty).
3. Click **Back to products** to return to the list.

Subscribe to a product:

1. Click **Subscribe** on a product card (or its detail page) to open the subscription dialog.
2. Fill in **Subscription amount** (or click **Use max** inside the field to fill in your available balance).
3. Check the **Summary**: APY, estimated yield at maturity, estimated maturity date (flexible products show "—" for maturity date).
4. Read and check the agreement box (confirming both the Master Services Agreement and this product's Term Sheet) — you can't submit without it.
5. Click **Confirm subscription**. On success, you'll see "Subscription submitted"; the order is queued and appears in the orders list once confirmed by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD. Click **View order** to jump straight to **Treasury > Orders**.

> If you don't see a **Subscribe** button on a product card, your account usually lacks treasury subscription permission — contact your account manager to get it enabled.

## Fields and statuses

**Product card / detail page fields:**

**Term types:**

**Product status (Subscribe button text):**

**Subscribe dialog fields:** Subscription amount, available-balance hint, Summary (APY / estimated yield at maturity / estimated maturity date), agreement checkbox, Confirm subscription. On success: "Subscription submitted" with a **View order** link.

## Edge cases and troubleshooting

* **List shows "No products match your filters."**: your current filters (asset class / currency / term) don't match any live product — loosen or clear them and try again.
* **Selecting "Fiat" asset class returns nothing**: all current live products are classified as Crypto, so Fiat typically returns no results — ask your account manager if you need fiat products.
* **A product card shows "Locked"**: this fixed-term product doesn't support early redemption and must be held to maturity — pick a flexible product or an early-redeemable fixed-term product if liquidity matters to you.
* **How to choose between flexible and fixed-term**: flexible can be redeemed any time with T+1 settlement and generally lower yield; fixed-term locks until maturity with generally higher yield, and early-redeemable fixed-term products charge a penalty if you redeem early.
* **Subscription amount rejected**: the amount can't be below the product's Min, can't exceed the product's cap, and can't exceed your available balance — adjust it per the prompt and resubmit.
* **No "Subscribe" button**: usually your account lacks treasury subscription permission — contact your account manager to get it enabled.
* **No "Treasury" module in the left nav**: your account doesn't have yield products enabled yet — contact your account manager, and it'll appear in the left nav once enabled.
* **Subscription doesn't complete immediately**: after submitting, the order first goes into a queue pending confirmation by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD — check progress on **Treasury > Orders**.

* **Q: Where do I see treasury / yield products?** A: Left nav **Treasury** → **Products** — the list shows every live yield product.
* **Q: What products are available? How do I compare them?** A: The Products page lists every product as a card showing APY, term, currency, and minimum subscription; filter by asset class / currency / term, and click a product name for details.
* **Q: How do I subscribe to a product?** A: Click **Subscribe** on a product card or its detail page, enter a subscription amount, review the summary, check the agreement box, and click **Confirm subscription**; the order appears on **Treasury > Orders**.

* **Q: What's the minimum subscription amount?** A: Check the **Min** field on the product card / detail page — you can't subscribe below it.
* **Q: Is there a maximum subscription amount?** A: Yes — you can't exceed the product's capacity or your own available balance; going over either will be rejected with a prompt.
* **Q: Is the APY guaranteed?** A: The card shows the product's annual percentage yield; actual returns depend on the term sheet and final settlement at maturity — see the detail page's Term sheet.
* **Q: How do I filter by currency / term only?** A: Use the **Currency** and **Term** dropdowns at the top of the page; **Asset class** lets you pick Crypto or Fiat.
* **Q: How long after subscribing until it's active?** A: After submitting, the order queues pending confirmation by the issuer — check progress on **Treasury > Orders**; flexible redemptions settle T+1.
* **Q: Who issues these products? Does UQPAY guarantee them?** A: Issued and operated by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD, a separate legal entity from UQPAY Singapore; funds are held by UQ QUBIT FUND LTD, and the Singapore entity is not the issuer or counterparty (see the compliance notice on this page).
* **Q: Why can't I see "Treasury" or the "Subscribe" button?** A: Not seeing **Treasury** means your account isn't enabled for yield products; not seeing **Subscribe** usually means you lack treasury subscription permission — contact your account manager for either.
