# Overview (Crypto)

> The merchant dashboard Crypto module's overview page (/crypto/home) — see portfolio value and trend, holdings, and recent activity at a glance, with quick actions to buy/sell/convert, receive (deposit), send (withdraw), and enter Treasury Earn.

## What this is

This is the overview page of the **Crypto** module in the merchant dashboard (clicking **Crypto** in the left nav takes you straight here; page title "**Crypto**", subtitle "Buy, sell, swap, and earn yield on your digital assets."). It brings together the crypto account's most-used information and actions on one screen: **portfolio value and trend**, **holdings**, **recent activity**, plus **Exchange** (buy/sell/convert), **Receive** (deposit), **Send** (withdraw), and **Treasury Earn** entries. Start here whenever you want to check your total digital asset value, view holdings, buy or sell/convert stablecoins, get a receiving address, or send crypto out. The **Crypto** module's left nav also has **Orders** and **Addresses** pages, for the full order history and managing deposit addresses respectively.

## Steps

Open this page: click **Crypto** in the left nav — you land on the overview page by default.

View portfolio value and trend:

1. The **Portfolio Value** card in the top left shows your total digital asset value and its **24h** change.
2. The trend chart inside the card can switch between **7d / 30d / 90d** time ranges.
3. Click the eye icon in the top right of the card to **hide/show** the balance figures.

Buy, sell, or convert (the **Exchange** panel, on the right of the page):

1. In the **Exchange** panel, select the **Buy / Sell / Convert** tab.
2. Enter the amount, choose the coin and pay/receive asset, and confirm the order per the panel's prompts.

Receive / deposit (the **Receive** card):

1. In the top right of the **Receive** card, choose the coin you want to receive.
2. Choose the **Network** (a dropdown if multiple networks are available).
3. Scan the QR code or click the copy button to copy the receiving address, then send the asset in. Note the safety warning, minimum deposit amount, confirmations, and expected arrival time shown in the card.

Send / withdraw: click the **Send** button, then choose the asset, enter the destination address and amount, and submit in the dialog.

View holdings and activity:

1. The **Top Holdings** card lists assets by value; if there are many, click **View all N** for the full list, or **All transactions** to go to the Orders page.
2. The **Recent Activity** card shows the latest few orders; click any entry or **View all** to go to the Orders page for details.

Go to Earn: click the **Treasury Earn** card to go to the Earn page and earn yield on idle stablecoins.

## Fields and statuses

**Portfolio Value card:**

| Field           | Meaning (merchant view)                                         |

| 24h             | The percentage change in portfolio value over the last 24 hours |
| 7d / 30d / 90d  | Trend chart time range switch                                   |
| Top mover       | The asset with the largest price change today                   |

**Receive card:**

| Field             | Meaning (merchant view)                                                           |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Network           | The deposit network(s) available for this coin (switchable if there are multiple) |
| Min               | The minimum deposit amount for this coin                                          |
| Confirms          | The number of network confirmations needed for the funds to arrive                |
| Arrival           | The estimated time for the funds to arrive                                        |
| Receiving address | The address used to deposit (QR code + copyable text)                             |

> Safety warning: only send the shown asset via the shown network — funds sent on the wrong network or as a different asset may be permanently lost.

**Top Holdings card (columns):**

| Column    | Meaning (merchant view)             |
| --------- | ----------------------------------- |
| Asset     | The coin (with name)                |
| Balance   | The total amount held of this asset |
| Available | The amount currently usable         |
| Margin    | The amount held as margin           |
| Frozen    | The amount frozen                   |

> When an asset is marked **Under review**, its amount column shows "—".

**Recent Activity card:** each row is one order, showing type, asset, amount, status, and time.

Order types: **Buy / Sell / Convert / Send / Deposit**.

Order status:

| Status     | Meaning                              |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------ |
| Completed  | The order is complete                |
| Processing | The order is being processed         |
| Pending    | The order is waiting to be processed |
| Failed     | The order failed                     |

**Exchange panel tabs: Buy / Sell / Convert**.

## Edge cases and troubleshooting

* **Holdings shows "No holdings yet"**: the account has no crypto assets yet; the hint reads "Add an asset to start tracking your portfolio." — use the add-asset entry on the Holdings card, or deposit first.
* **Recent Activity shows "No recent orders"**: there's no order history yet; the hint reads "Your latest activity will appear here."
* **The Receive card can't get an address**: no receiving address is currently assigned for the selected coin/network — the address field will show that no address is available; try a different network, or contact support/your account manager for help assigning one.
* **You don't see the "Exchange" panel or "Send" button**: these entries depend on your account's permissions and may be hidden if you don't have them; contact your account manager to have them enabled.
* **The balance is masked/blurred**: click the eye icon in the top right of the Portfolio Value card to toggle hiding or showing the balance.
* **The yield shown on the Treasury Earn card**: this is example content — refer to the Treasury Earn page for the actual product and real yield.

## Common questions (Q\&A)

* **Q: Where do I see my crypto / stablecoin account?** A: Click **Crypto** in the left nav to land on the overview page, showing portfolio value, holdings, and recent activity on one screen.
* **Q: How do I see my total digital asset value?** A: The **Portfolio Value** card at the top left of the overview page shows the USD total and 24h change; the trend chart can switch between 7d/30d/90d.
* **Q: How do I buy / sell / convert crypto?** A: The **Exchange** panel on the right of the overview page — select the Buy/Sell/Convert tab, enter the amount and coin, and confirm.
* **Q: How do I deposit / receive funds into my crypto account?** A: In the **Receive** card, choose the coin and network, then scan or copy the receiving address to send funds in; note the minimum deposit, confirmations, and arrival time.

* **Q: What do "Available / Margin / Frozen" mean in Holdings?** A: Available = the amount currently usable; Margin = the amount held as margin; Frozen = the amount frozen.
* **Q: What does "Under review" mean on an asset?** A: The asset is under review, so its amount temporarily shows "—" until review completes.
* **Q: What order statuses appear in Recent Activity?** A: Completed, Processing, Pending, Failed.
* **Q: How do I see all orders / transaction history?** A: Click **All transactions** on the Top Holdings card, or **View all** on the Recent Activity card, to go to the **Orders** page for the full record.
* **Q: How do I hide my balance?** A: Click the eye icon in the top right of the Portfolio Value card to hide or show the balance figures.
* **Q: What is Treasury Earn? How much yield?** A: An entry to earn yield on idle stablecoins; the rate shown on the overview page is an example — refer to the Treasury Earn page for the actual product and real yield.
* **Q: What happens if I choose the wrong network when receiving?** A: Only send the shown asset via the shown network — funds sent on the wrong network or as a different asset may be permanently lost, so always follow the network shown in the card.
