# Environments and connectivity

> Find UQPAY API and merchant portal URLs, callback source IPs, and allowlist configuration.

## Environment addresses

The Gateway API base URL includes the `/api` prefix. Use each endpoint’s API Reference for its complete request URL and supported environments.

## Webhook source IPs

UQPAY sends webhooks to your server from these IPs. If your server restricts inbound sources, allowlist the IPs for the relevant environment in your firewall or security group.

## Authorization decision source IPs

These IPs apply to Card Issuance authorization decision requests. If the receiving server restricts inbound sources, allowlist the following IPs.

### Sandbox environment

N/A

### Production environment

* `18.139.246.78`
* `54.251.52.172`

## API request allowlist

API requests travel from your server to UQPAY. When configuring an API key's IP allowlist in the merchant portal, enter **your server's egress IPs**.

Webhook and authorization decision requests travel from UQPAY to your server. Configure the UQPAY source IPs above in **your server's firewall or security group**.
